General terms and conditions
1. Who we are: These terms apply to every purchase from AbdiqaniGroup.com, operated by AbdiqaniGroup, Netherlands. You can reach us at info@abdiqanigroup.com.
2. What we sell: We sell digital training courses, delivered as downloadable files. Nothing physical is shipped. Courses are for personal or professional learning and do not confer any professional licence or qualification.
3. Prices and payment: All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
4. Delivery: Your course is delivered by email immediately after purchase. See our Shipping and Delivery page.
5. Your right to withdraw: Consumers in the EU have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital products this right ends once download begins, provided you consented to that at checkout. See our Return Policy. Separately from this statutory right, we voluntarily offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid digital courses — see clause 12.
6. Licence and use: When you buy a course you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may print it and use it in your own work. You may not resell it, share the files publicly, upload them elsewhere, or use them to run paid training for others without our written permission. Organisations buying for a team receive a licence for the number of staff purchased.

7. What our courses are not: Our courses are educational. They are not a professional qualification, a licence to practise, medical advice, or a substitute for accredited training, employer policy, or local law. Where a course describes practice that varies by country, your local law and your employer's policy take precedence.
8. Availability and changes: We may update course content to keep it accurate. If you have bought a course, you keep access to the version you purchased, and usually receive updates at no cost.
9. Liability: We take care that our courses are accurate and useful. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Complaints: If something is wrong, email info@abdiqanigroup.com. We aim to reply within two working days and to resolve complaints within fourteen days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may refer the matter to the relevant consumer dispute body in your country.
11. Governing law: These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. This does not remove protections you have under the law of your own country of residence.
12. Our 14-day money-back guarantee: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid digital courses bought through AbdiqaniGroup.com. The period runs for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. To claim, email info@abdiqanigroup.com from the address used at purchase, giving your order number and the course name. No reason has to be given. Refunds are paid in full to the original payment method, normally within five working days. When a refund is made, your licence under clause 6 ends and you agree to delete any files already downloaded. The guarantee does not cover one-to-one coaching sessions that have already taken place, or the 30 Day Challenge once the programme has begun. This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
