1. Access your purchased course

1) Open your confirmation email. 2) Select View your order online. 3) On the secure order page, select Download now. If that button is missing, select Contact Us in the top menu and include your order number.

2. Check an order or payment

Open your confirmation email to see the order status and payment method. For an unpaid, duplicate, or incorrect order, select Contact Us in the top menu and send your order number and checkout email address.

3. Download files and certificates

Open the secure order link from your confirmation email and select Download now. If a file or certificate is missing, select Contact Us in the top menu and include your order number.
