Our Services

Courses and coaching for Somali families, daycare staff and zorg workers in the Netherlands, and for the diaspora anywhere. Written in plain language, in Dutch, English and Somali.

What We Do

Thirty-seven courses, a team licence for daycare and zorg, and one-to-one coaching. All of it written for people working or raising a family in a second language.

Courses You Read and Keep

Thirty-seven courses across care work, parenting, safeguarding, health, business and communication. Thirty slides each, about an hour to read. Two languages in every file. €19, or €30 for the parenting courses, yours to keep, with a Certificate of Completion.

Training for Daycare and Zorg Teams

Nine courses written for teams: induction, older people, dementia, personal care, medicines, reporting and handover, behaviour, end of life and safeguarding. Dutch and Somali in every file. One licence covers your whole team.

One-to-One Coaching

Four weeks, one conversation a week, in Somali or English. We start from where you are, pick four things to change together, and work on one at a time. This is the open programme — what we cover is decided by your intake call, not by a fixed plan. The first fifteen minutes are free, so you can decide whether it is for you.

Who We Serve

Individuals who want to learn at their own pace, and organisations who need their staff trained. Everything here is educational. We do not diagnose, prescribe or treat — for anything medical, see your huisarts.

Coaching & Learning for Individuals

We offer Somali–English health-education coaching, guided lifestyle and personal-development programs, practical digital courses, and English-learning support. We help people understand information, build useful routines, and take confident next steps.

Content & Workflow Support for Organisations

We help educators, personal hygiene consultants, and digital-product businesses streamline customer support, documentation, and everyday workflows through practical, coaching-driven guidance. Our automation support is carefully scoped to your needs—practical, reliable, and easy to maintain.

The 30-Day Life Reset

The 30-Day Life Reset is the fixed programme. Four weeks, one live hour with me every Sunday, and a short message from me every weekday. It is for someone whose life is working but who cannot stay consistent. The four weeks are the same for everyone, in this order.

Week 1 — Sleep. The night first. A set time in bed and a set time up, the phone charging outside the bedroom, half an hour before bed without a screen. Nothing else holds while you are running on four hours.

Week 2 — Energy and a healthy routine. The shape of the day. Getting up and dressed, daylight, eating at regular times, leaving the house once a day, water through the day rather than only tea.

Week 3 — Productivity and time. Where the hours actually go. Three tasks written before you open the phone, twenty-five uninterrupted minutes on the thing you keep avoiding, set times for the phone instead of all day.

Week 4 — Goals and consistency. What you are building towards, and the small number of things you will keep doing after the thirty days end.

Who it is for. People who already know what they should be doing and still do not do it. Consistency. Planning. Studying. Choosing a direction for work. Practising the language. Getting through the day’s work. Having someone who actually checks.

Every week you leave with four commitments you can answer yes or no to at the end of the day, and an evening notebook you fill in with five lines. In Somali or English.

Not sure yet? Start with the free 15-minute consultation and we will see together whether it fits. This is coaching, not therapy or medical care. If what you need is more than coaching, I will tell you and help you find the right place for it.
