We would rather have a fair reputation than keep money from someone who is unhappy. That sentence governs everything below.

Your right to withdraw.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason.

The exception for digital products.

Because our courses are delivered and downloaded immediately, that right ends as soon as delivery begins, provided that at checkout you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you were giving up the right to withdraw. This is standard for digital products everywhere, and it is why the tick box appears at checkout.

What we do anyway.

If a course is not what you expected, email info@abdiqanigroup.com within 14 days and we will refund you. You do not need to explain why. We may ask one question about what did not work, because that is how the next version gets better. Your refund does not depend on your answer.

If something is faulty.

If a file will not open, is incomplete, or is not what was described, tell us. We will fix it or refund you in full. This applies regardless of the 14 days.

How refunds are paid.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within five working days.

Team and organisation licences.

For team purchases, write to info@abdiqanigroup.com and we will deal with it individually.
