Refunds

If a course is not what you expected, email info@abdiqanigroup.com within 14 days of purchase and I will refund you in full. No explanation needed.

Digital materials are delivered immediately. By completing your order you agree to receive them straight away, and you keep the 14-day refund above regardless.

If something is faulty.

If a file will not open, is incomplete, or is not what was described, tell us. We will fix it or refund you in full. This applies regardless of the 14 days.

How refunds are paid.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within five working days.

Team and organisation licences.

For team purchases, write to info@abdiqanigroup.com and we will deal with it individually.
