What we train
Practical courses, each one built for staff on the floor. Take them one at a time, or put a whole team through them. Every course is available in English and Somali. Each course is €19 per person. For a whole team, tell me how many people you have and I will send you a group price.
Child care health & safety
Daily safety, hygiene, illness and incidents — what to do, and when to escalate.
Child development & disabilities
How children develop, what a delay looks like, and how to support a child with a disability without singling them out.
Positive parenting & communication
Talking to children and to parents — connection instead of fear, and how to handle a hard conversation at pick-up.
Courses for zorg (care) teams
Five courses for staff working in care — in a verpleeghuis, a verzorgingshuis or in de thuiszorg. Induction, older people, dementia, personal care, and medicines. English and Somali in every file, so a team that works in Dutch and talks in Somali can use one set of materials. €19 each per person.

Why teams choose us
Most training is written for a classroom. Ours is written for a shift — short modules staff can finish between tasks, plain language, and a Somali version for colleagues who know the work but not the jargon.
Start free: autism awareness
Our autism course costs nothing. Understanding, awareness and practical support for children on the spectrum — use it to judge whether our training fits your team before you spend anything.
Training a whole team
For the four daycare courses the price is fixed: the Daycare Team Licence is €350 and covers your whole centre, instead of buying each course for every member of staff. For a zorg team, or a mix of both, tell me how many people you have and what needs covering and I will send you a price. We can start with the free course so you can judge the quality first.
One licence for your whole centre
All four daycare courses — health and safety, child development, positive parenting and autism awareness — for every member of staff, each with a Certificate of Completion in their own name. No limit on numbers. Bought one by one for twelve staff those four courses cost €912. The licence is €350.
