How do I access my course after purchase?

After checkout you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, with a secure order link. Open that link and select Download now to access your course materials. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder — and if it still hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, email orders@abdiqanigroup.com with your order details and we will resend it.

What should I expect to pay?

Our free courses are clearly marked and require no payment — download them as many times as you like. For paid courses, the full price in euros is always shown on the product page and again at checkout, so there are never any surprise charges or hidden fees.

What is your refund policy?

If you have a technical problem accessing a course you paid for — a broken download link, a missing confirmation email — contact us at orders@abdiqanigroup.com and we will get it sorted, or issue a refund if we can't. Because our digital courses are available to download immediately, refunds aren't offered simply for a change of mind once the materials have been downloaded, except where required by law.

Do I need any special software to use the courses?

No special software is required. Course materials are provided as simple PDF and video files you download once and keep — they open on any phone, tablet, or computer, and you can save them offline to read or watch anytime, with no subscription or app to install.

Are the courses available in Somali?

Yes. Most of our courses and guides are written Somali-first, with clear English alongside, so families and caregivers can learn in whichever language feels most comfortable — or use both together.
